ANALYZER

Analyzers are objective, efficient, and vision-oriented. As knowledgeable individuals, you’re gifted in making plans that are well developed, efficient and innovative.

HOW OTHERS SEE YOU

As an Analyzer, there is a whole world of thought and innovative ideas going on in your head. However, others can sometimes perceive you as arrogant, shy, or uncaring. They may also find it hard to get to know you.

BE SELF AWARE

But there is always room for growth in your leadership development! We never graduate from the school of self-awareness.

GROW YOUR STYLE

  • Learn to share and engage others in your ideas even if they aren’t perfect yet. That’s what teams are for!
  • Learn to really listen and hear the ideas of others before you question and critique.
  • When someone shares their feelings, try not to analyze them or what happened. Just listen and be there for them.
  • Don’t be so concerned with tomorrow that you miss today!
  • Be careful about your superiority complex. No one likes to hear “I told you so.” Others know you were right without you having to tell them.
  • There’s a time to study and a time to get started. Be careful not to overthink things and miss the moment.
