- Understand that just because it’s not fun doesn’t mean it failed. Good times don’t always equal good results.
- Details matter. Take the time to color in the picture or encourage others who are gifted at the details.

- Manager The manager is in charge of and responsible for the total operations of the school-based enterprise/business. This person shall oversee the divisional managers and all business functions.
- Sales Promotion Manager This team member is in charge of handling the following activities:
- Planning promotional events
- Arranging for the use of the media (school announcements, school paper, local paper, etc.) for publicity
- Preparing promotional materials
- Handling window/product displays
- Increasing sales of various items via more effective presentations
